Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.

Clients are responsible for securing licenses for any third-party materials (e.g., stock images, fonts) used in their projects.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY:

We respect your business information and agree not to disclose confidential data to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

While we strive for accuracy and performance, VORTEX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are not responsible for external factors such as third-party platforms, hosting downtime, or policy changes (Google, Meta, etc.).

7. REVISIONS:

Any changes to project scope after confirmation may affect costs and timelines.

Clients are entitled to a limited number of revisions as defined in the proposal.

8. TERMINATION:

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

In case of termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to that point.
